Two years ago, the United States Supreme Court ruled that it was unconstitutional to force government employees to pay union fees to keep their jobs. We believe it is unconstitutional for anyone to be compelled to pay union fees to keep or get a job! You should not be forced to make the choice between a feeding a union bosses or feeding your family.
Until the SUpreme Court rules that it is unconstitutional, the only way to prevent this economic abuse is to pass right to work laws like those in Michigan, Wisconsin, and the the twenty-five other right to work states.
